Shipping Method
Most orders ship within 48 business hours Monday - Friday Fed Ex Ground.
Fed Ex shipments are shipped and delivered Monday - Saturday excluding holidays.
Shipment dates are not guaranteed by Fed Ex or Jensen Designs & Gracies Gifts.


During times of extreme heat, we will use our best judgement when shipping your packages to ensure the best possible condition of delivery.

*Shipment times do not include the day your package leaves our store



International & Non Contiguous States (AK, HI, PR) Orders
Our site charges a flat rate per order depending on purchase price.
These shipping prices do not include International and Non Continguous States.
As we want to provide service for these clients, we offer to charge the actual shipping charges.
You will have the option to ship either Fed Ex International or United States Postal Service.
Fed Ex offers tracking information and insurance, but you may be subject to additional charges issued by the Country being shipped to, which are not foreseeable by us.
USPS has a minimal charge for these options, but is usually much lower in overall cost.
After your order is received, we will package it and email to you our researched delivery options.
You will then need to forward the additional shipping via paypal's send money option.
Go to: https://www.paypal.com/ and select the Send Money Tab at the top of the screen and follow the steps.



PO Boxes
If shipping to a PO Box, Please allow extra shipping time.
Fed Ex ground will not deliver to a PO Box without using a special option called Smart Post which usually takes an extra shipping day.




Damaged Shippments
We use Fed Ex Ground for most of our shipping.
If you receive your package and it has been damaged, please email us immediately: Heather@jensendesigns.com

We will open a ticket with Fed Ex to have the product picked up by Fed Ex.
We will then ship a replacement package.



Sales Tax
We don't charge sales tax for any internet orders.
We cover the sales tax for any Minnesota internet orders



Internet Ordering Information

1. Select your times  
Shop our store to find the items that you wish to purchase. Click Add to Cark to add that item to your cart.  
2. View Cart or Checkout  
In the top right corner of your browser, select the View Cart button which will bring you to your Paypal Shopping Cart. This will bring up your shopping cart and it's contents for your review.  
3. Proceed to Checkout  
When you select the checkout button, paypal with either recognize you as a current customer, prompt you to register, or process your payment as an unregistered user. Any options are fine.  
4. Payment & Address Information  
Paypal will then prompt you to use your debit or credit card for payment and your shipping address.  
5. Review & Submit  
You will then review your order with the shipping costs and submit your order for processing

Phone, Fax or Mail Ordering Information

  We are happy to take your orders over the phone we accept Visa & MC credit cards over the phone.  
  Phone orders can either send us a check or money order or use the send money option via paypal  
  2. Fax Order 507-357-2315  
  We are happy to accept orders by fax. The same guidelines listed above for phone order apply to fax orders.  
  3. Mail Order  
  We are happy to accept orders by mail. The same guidelines listed above for phone order apply to mail orders.

Back Order Policy

  All of out stock items are placed on backorder - you will be notified of the back order immediately with the option of a subsitution or to wait for your order to ship until the backordered item arrives in the store.  
  Backorders are usually shipped within 1-3 weeks.  
  If you need the part of your order which is ready to ship immediately and want the backordered product shipped seperatly, we will include an invoice for the actual shipping charges with the second order.  


Refund Policy

  If we need to refund your order our policies are to mail you a check that same day.  
  We can also refund via Paypal but they do charge a 5% fee on all refunds.
We do not make any monies through these refunds.
 


Return Policy
  We want your shopping experience with us to be a good one!

For your protection, we do not take returns on and Bath & Body products unless we made an error as these products can not be resold.

For all other items that are safe to return, we will happily work with you on the return if made within 15 days for either a refund or store credit. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is the result of an error we made or if the product is defective. If the item appears to be damaged in shipping, please save the original packaging and contact us so that we can have Fed Ex pick up the shipment and inspect it.
